Meet our team
Dr. K. Coetzee
General Medical Practitioner | MBChB, Medicine
While Dr Coetzee was raised in Pretoria, where she has worked for the past 26 years, she was born in Namibia as the eighth and youngest child.
She served as the Medical and Casualty officer at Pretoria West Hospital after completing her studies at the University of Pretoria in 1992. The following 7 years were spent working in several City Council clinics, including those for TB, STD, antenatal, and contraceptive care. She also held the role of Clinic Manager.
While at the City Council of Pretoria, she completed a course in Psychology through UNISA.
With a wealth of experience and a genuine commitment to her patients' well-being, Dr. Coetzee remains an invaluable asset to the medical community in Pretoria.
Dr. J. Knoetze
General Dental Practitioner | BChD, Dentistry
Meet Dr. J. Knoetze, who joined Queenswood Medical Center team in 2020. She gained valuable experience in innovative and compassionate patient care during her dental education at the University of Pretoria. She then went on to do her community service year at the Emmaus Hospital in Winterton, Drakensberg.
Dr. J. Knoetze is highly skilled in basic restorative dentistry and endodontics and strives to make her patients' dental visits as comfortable and easy-going as possible.
She believes in creating a positive and collaborative environment to build trust with her patients and provide them with the best possible care.
Dr. L. van den Bergh
General Dental Practitioner | BChD, Dentistry
Dr. van den Bergh's paramount objective revolves around cultivating a reassuring and "fear-free" atmosphere within her consulting room, fostering trust and comfort for her patients.
Her journey in the field of dentistry commenced in 2014 when she embarked on her professional odyssey at the Thlabane Clinic in Rustenburg, North West, where she skillfully practiced general dentistry.
Next, she began her career in the realm of private practice at Dr. van der Walt and Associates in Pretoria, where she passionately served for a period of five months. Since 2015, she has continued her unwavering dedication to her profession, establishing her thriving practice in Queenwood.
Dr. S. Potgieter
General Dental Practitioner | BChD, Dentistry
Dr. Potgieter won the SADA trophy for best performance in Periodontology and achieved the Certificate of Excellence sponsored by Wright Millners for best performance in Endodontics in 2019.
Dr. Potgieter has a special interest in paediatric dentistry. She goes above and beyond to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for young patients during their appointments.
She is also committed to staying educated on the latest materials and technologies available to ensure our patients receive the best possible treatment.
